Healing Hearts Program

The 300 Letters Healing Hearts Program is FREE for eligible families divided by incarceration. The Program was designed by Co-founders Legend and Amanda to provide families with the emotional support and resources that were not available to them during their transition coming home. They experienced first-hand how critical it is to have the support and connection to their family in order to succeed in society. Please apply if you are interested in the following:
 

• 12 to 16 weeks – Individual and family therapy guided by licensed professionals
• 12 to 16 weeks – Financial assistance for child care, after-school and sports programs
• Reentry support, resources to other immediate and essential family needs
• Assist with building strong family foundation via peer support, live support circles, mindfulness
• Boost confidence, lifetime connections, break barriers together
